What type of data we gather
Data provided by User
User is anonymous, as long as he or she decides. We collect information provided by a User when he/she creates an Account and Profile, updates the Profile, uses applications, takes part in competitions, promotions, questionnaires or contacts us. Collected data include:
Basic data about the user such as: name, username, gender, date of birth, email address, an invoice address, phone number and photos.
Messages and information published on forum, in groups, messages sent to other Users of the application and information provided by users with regard to any events.
Other information: other contact information, demographic data as profession, private URL, username, emergency contact, interests, hobbies, achievements, family and any other information published on your profile.
Information saved on the User’s phone such as photos, calendar and contact data, if the User agrees.
Information about a User provided by other I am SGL member such as notes, references, friends and from any interaction with other Users.
Automatically collected data
We can also automatically collect some data about a User, including:
Information about localization: we gather data about User localization whenever he or she uses web or mobile application or agreed to gather the information in other way.
Information about devices: we gather data about devices used while using our Services, including type of the device, operational system and its version, unique identifier of the used device, information about network and interactions between used device and our Services.
Information collected during log in: we collect information how a User uses our Services, including how long he or she is logged in, browser type, language, Internet services provider, IP address.
Information collected by Cookies and other tracing engines: we can automatically collect information provided by cookies, web beacons and other tracing devices, to, among others, improve our services, monitor Users activities, assess number visits, assess efficiency of our companies, understand how the website is used, assess whether messages sent to the Users are being opened. Information collected from other sources
We can also collect other information, e.g. when a User create an account or log in using his or her account from other social media we will have an access to some information from the media such as username, profile photo, relations and other information resulting from connection with the social media.
How do we use the information?

How do we protect your data?
All personal data are protected from access of non-authorized people. The personal data are processed according to art. 23 paragraph 1, point 1,3 and 5 Personal Data Protection Law and appropriate law on providing online services to the website and provided Services. The Users can carry out their laws according to art. 32 Law of the Personal Data Protection, hence they are allowed to access their data, ask for update or removal of the data. The Users are entitled to have an objection about the way the personal data are used in cases specified in the Law.
We do not disclose personal data to any person because we know how important is your data, apart from cases specified below:
when a User agrees to use some of his or her data,
consultants and contractors who provide services to the Foundation, if the services requires this,
search engines – publically available data in order to index contents,
if we believed that disclosure of the data is necessary to ensure that the law is protected, avoid or punish criminal activities or for justified request of the governmental authorities,
to improve safety of the Users,
we can also disclose some collected group data, from which no specific user can be identified. .
You can always remove or deactivate your account from our database. There is a special function in the application to perform the deactivation.
What options are available for a User?
A User can change or update information which are accessible for other Users by logging into his or her account (function Edit profile). In special cases, even when the account is removed we can disclose the data to appropriate authorities, if it is obliged by the law or is connected with our Users safety.
The User has a possibility to turn on and off localization function by changing the settings in Internet browser he or she uses. The User after logging into his account can also change accuracy with which his or her localization is shown to other Users. Turning off localization will enable to use some functions in the application.
Most of the browsers automatically accept cookies. There is a possibility to change the settings in a browser, so that cookies are deleted or declined. Each browser has its specific way how to do this. You should be aware that if you remove the cookies you will not be able to use some of our Services and options of the Application.
Information about the services
A User can agree to obtain information about new functions in the Application and on the website. User can change the setting after logging in his or her account on the option email settings.
